On December 22, 2022, our premises at Wageningselaan 16-18 were "passed by the notary", making us the proud new owner of the distribution center we had been renting since 2011. 

Due to the growth of our business in recent years, we actually no longer fit into the 8,500 square meters of warehouse space that we currently occupy out of the total. We started in 2011 by renting 5500m2 of warehouse space with accompanying offices. Three years later we were able to expand this to 7,500m2 and in 2018 the latest internal expansion took place with the moving of a wall to a total of 8,000m2. Since 2020, we have been renting a 2,000m2 hall further down our street to still be able to meet our need for storage space. But of course this was not ideal. Especially considering that there were still opportunities for growth internally. But we couldn't come to an agreement with our landlord to add this space. We finally decided to explore the possibility of buying the building. We worked hard on this over the past year. And with results! At the end of the year, Wageningselaan 18 came into our possession.

By acquiring the entire complex, which totals 12,000 square meters of warehouse space, this gives us the opportunity to further expand into the tenants at the rear of the property. From April 1, 2023, we will be able to occupy the first part, of approximately 1,500m2, of this. The second part will be delivered by the current tenant in April 2024. 

With this step, we are guaranteed a very efficient and spacious logistics in Veenendaal for the future! And we are very happy about that!  A beautiful and important step for our company to literally keep our space and entrepreneurial freedom, and thus be able to realize our growth ambitions at this beautiful place in Veenendaal. In our own familiar and beautiful building!
