CRM
We (finally) have a good CRM system at Hoenderdaal. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. In the modern, linked CRM program of Microsoft 365, we can now better capture and share our customer data and communications. This allows us to serve you, our customers, faster and better and it saves time on our end. So this is great progress.
Despite being 'live' for a month now, we will mainly use the coming months to supplement and enrich data in the system. This will allow us to profile and analyse better, allowing us to better identify (potential) customer needs. We also want to start communicating from the CRM; such as via custom-made newsletters or mailings. The system allows us to interact more personally with our customers, and that should enhance cooperation and customer relations. But it also helps us communicate within our sales team itself, for example between our office and field departments. Moreover, CRM will soon give us a much better overview of the sales performance of our products. By analysing trends and purchasing patterns, we can anticipate changing market demand and proactively respond to customers' wants and needs. This enables us to adapt to dynamic market conditions. And... it doesn't end here; we are currently working on an AI project at Hoenderdaal. We want to start predicting the expected sales of the future through Artificial Intelligence. In other words, we never stand still at Hoenderdaal and remain 'too fast(ener) to follow'
