NEW - Dynaplus wall screws
The screw is self-drilling due to the special diamond-point. This triangular-shaped drill point ensures maximum drilling capacity while maintaining a high pull-out value for making a secure connection.
You can therefore screw in up to two centimetres from the edge of the board without pre-drilling. Without splitting the wood. The small cylinder head ensures a neat finish. This cylinder head prevents the screw head from inserting tension into the wooden board.
When using flat head screws in facade boards or fence parts, the screw head can work as a kind of wedge, causing the board to crack at the screw hole when the wood starts to dry afterwards. Furthermore, the small bronze-coloured cylinder head ensures a neat finish on wood. The TX-drive makes it easy to drive the screws with good power transfer from the bit to the screw.
The screws are made from hardened carbon steel and, thanks to a sophisticated post-hardening process, are not only super strong but also very pliable. This minimises the risk of breaking, both during the screwing in process and after the screws have been processed and the wooden planks start to work.
The timber wall screws are provided with a bronze-coloured anti-rust coating. The coating is highly resistant to rust and has the highest corrosion class; C4. The organic AR coating is made up of three thin layers of organic coating on top of the electrolytic zinc layer, which ensures very good adhesion. Should the coating become slightly damaged during screwing in? No problem; the coating can repair minor damage itself so that the AR coating offers permanent corrosion protection for the screws.
Dynaplus® facade screws are available in sizes from 4.0x40 to 4.5x80 in bronze or blackened head.
